Job summary

Aspire Swim School is seeking a qualified Level 2 Swimming Teacher to run Monday afternoon sessions from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The role is part-time with potential for additional hours as the programme grows, delivering small-group and 1:1 lessons in a friendly setting.

We follow Swim England guidance and cater to beginners through advanced swimmers, including opportunities to work with disabled swimmers. Join a growing team dedicated to quality teaching and great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified STA or SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher.
• Experience teaching pool-based lessons.
• Ability to deliver well-structured, engaging lessons.

Join Our Passionate Swim School Team Level 2 Monday Swimming Teacher Wanted!

If you're a qualified STA or SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher who loves helping swimmers develop their skills and confidence, we'd love to hear from you. Join our friendly and expanding Swim School team in a part-time role on Monday afternoons (4:00 pm to 6:00 pm), with the potential for extra hours and additional teaching days as our programme grows.

At Aspire, our Swim School followings the Swim England Teaching Plan and teaches over 1,000 pupils from beginners to more advanced swimmers. Our group sizes are deliberately small (68 children) so you can focus on quality teaching and individual progress. We also run rewarding one-to-one sessions for disabled swimmers.

As a Swimming Teacher, youll:
