David Lloyd Clubs Ltd is seeking a motivated Swimming Instructor to engage and coach members of all ages in one-to-one or group swimming sessions. You will inspire members to achieve their swimming goals while upholding safety and a welcoming, inclusive club environment.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding member experiences, effective communication, and collaboration with the team to support health and fitness goals across the club.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for health and fitness and delivering quality member experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages in one-to-one or group sessions to achieve swimming goals.
• Deliver high-quality lessons, ensuring safety and correct technique.
• Create an inclusive environment where members feel welcome and supported.
