Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a passionate Swimming Teacher to join our Newbury club. As a Swim Instructor, you will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages in one-to-one or group sessions to help them achieve their swimming goals.

You will cultivate a welcoming, inclusive culture, deliver high‑quality experiences, and contribute to a thriving health and wellness community within Europe’s leading premium group.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who delivers high quality experience to our members.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Lead swimming lessons in one-to-one or group sessions.
• Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve goals.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming club environment and uphold standards.
