David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Manchester North invites a passionate Swimming Teacher to join our wellness team.

In this part-time role, you’ll coach members of all ages in one-to-one or small-group sessions, helping them achieve personal swimming goals in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. You must hold Swim England Level 2 qualification or equivalent, possess excellent communication, and be a self-starter who delivers high-quality sessions.

Qualifications

• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for health and fitness and delivering quality sessions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with members and colleagues.
• Ability to deliver both one-to-one and group coaching.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire members to reach swimming goals in one-to-one or group sessions.
• Create an inclusive, supportive environment where members feel valued.
