David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Aberdeen is seeking a passionate Swimming Instructor to coach and inspire members across one-to-one and group sessions. You will engage diverse age groups, delivering high-quality, safe swimming experiences while promoting health and fitness.

The role requires Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent and a proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork and member engagement. This is a contingent worker position in a premium health club network.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who delivers great quality member experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver swimming sessions for members of all ages.
• Provide one-to-one and group coaching to help members reach goals.
