Job summary

Impulse Leisure seeks Swimming Instructors for our Thurrock facilities. You must hold a Level 2 ASA/Swim England or STA Baby Preschool qualification and be able to teach diverse groups.

Roles include after-school and weekend sessions with casual hours; permanent contract and hourly pay range of £15.64–£19.64, depending on ASA/STA qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognised qualification for instruction (ASA/Swim England Level 2 or STA Baby Preschool/Award)
• Experience in teaching swimming to varied age groups preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to individuals and groups
• Deliver lessons during after-school, evenings and weekend sessions
• Ensure safety and maintain high standards of swim education

Job description

Salary: £15.64 per hour up to £19.64 per hour for an exceptional candidate and subject to ASA / STA qualifications

Location: Thurrock (Essex)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Regular classes and variable (casual) hours (not guaranteed) subject to operational need. Hours within times Monday - Fridays from 3:45pm onwards, and weekends from 8am onwards..
