Job summary

Impulse Leisure requires qualified Swimming Instructors to teach swimming lessons at our Grays facilities. You will deliver structured sessions, ensuring safety and positive progression for learners with a focus on enjoyable, inclusive instruction.

Eligible applicants should hold a nationally recognised instruction qualification (ASA/Swim England Level 2) and Baby Preschool Swimming Teaching or STA equivalent. We offer a supportive team and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognised qualification for instruction such as Level 2.
• Baby Preschool Swimming Teaching certification or equivalent STA award/certificate.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to participants of all ages and abilities.
• Ensure safety and supervision during sessions and maintain poolside discipline.
• Prepare lesson plans and adapt teaching to individual needs.
