Freedom Leisure is looking for a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals. The role is based in one of our Leisure Centre pools across England and Wales and includes training provided by us.
The position offers casual hours as needed, with training and development support, and opportunities to grow within a charitable leisure trust that values community impact and customer service excellence.

We will provide all the training needed to be a successful Swim Teacher but we also believe that employing people from a mix of employment backgrounds can offer a wider benefit to our team, some of which might be in their first ever job and need more support from their manager and colleagues.
