Job summary

Monmouthshire County Council is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused swimming instructor to join the Chepstow Leisure Centre team. The role involves guiding learners of all ages to develop swimming skills with a friendly, patient approach in a busy community pool.

The post is pro rata if not full time and may be term-time dependent; DBS check required (Enhanced with Children Barred List). Welsh language skills are desirable.

You will inspire confidence, build trust, and
empower learners of all ages to develop their
swimming skills, refine technique, and grow
in confidence in the water.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Chepstow Leisure Centre, NP16 5LX, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
