Job summary

Nuffield Health in Cwmbran FWC is seeking a Swim Instructor on a bank, part-time basis to provide safe, effective swimming lessons within our Swim England framework.

You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, have strong people skills and a love for teaching swimmers of all ages. We offer holiday leave, a pension, and discounted gym membership.

Qualifications

• Qualified Swim Instructor with recognised Level 2 certification.
• Strong people skills and passion for swimming.

Swim Instructor

Cwmbran FWC | Pool | Bank | Part Time|

Up to £19.15 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
