Job summary

Nuffield Health Reading is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons for customers at our pool sites. You will teach one-to-one or group classes, inspire learners of all ages, and promote the benefits of our facilities.

You should hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, have excellent people skills, and a genuine love of swimming. This bank/part-time role offers flexible hours, a benefits package including holiday, pension, and a discounted gym membership.

Swim Instructor Reading FWC | Pool | Bank | Part Time | Up to £23 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework. You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
