Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT) is recruiting a Swimming Coordinator to lead a team of qualified Swimming Teachers and drive the swimming lessons programme at Loughborough Leisure Centre. Hourly Rate: £15 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, 24 hours per week (plus up to 10 hours of Swim Teaching available per week). Flexible shifts on 3-week rota including some weekends and evenings.

As a Swimming Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping people of all ages build confidence in the water, develop essential life skills, and enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle. You'll lead and develop swimming lesson programmes, support a team of Swimming Teachers, and work closely with colleagues across the centre to drive growth, retention, and community engagement. Your work has purpose, creating a positive impact on communities while helping more people access high-quality swimming opportunities now and into the future.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
