Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT) is seeking a Swimming Coordinator at Loughborough Leisure Centre. You will lead and develop our swimming lesson programme, support a team of Swimming Teachers, and work with centre colleagues to drive growth and community engagement.
This permanent role offers 24 hours per week (plus up to 10 hours teaching), some weekend and evening shifts, and an hourly rate of £15 with excellent benefits.

You'll lead and develop swimming lesson programmes, support a team of Swimming Teachers, and work closely with colleagues across the centre to drive growth, retention, and community engagement. Your work has purpose, creating a positive impact on communities while helping more people access high-quality swimming opportunities now and into the future.
Support with the marketing and promotion of the Swimming Lesson programme
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
