Job summary

STAHS is seeking an ambitious Swimming Coach to lead performance squads and deliver a high‑quality coaching programme across the swimming pathway, ensuring consistency and excellence in line with the PE Department’s philosophy and values. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Swimming to drive growth and success.

Hours are approximately 4 hours per week, with additional hours for galas, trials and other swimming activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance squads and deliver a high-quality coaching programme across the swimming pathway.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in line with the PE Department's philosophy and values.
• Support the school's extracurricular swimming programme, including training sessions, competitions, and galas.
