Job summary

Serco Limited is recruiting Swimming Teachers in Milton Keynes on a part-time basis. You will deliver safe, progressive swimming lessons across our leisure centres within the Swim England framework, helping swimmers build confidence and skill.

We offer ongoing training through our Aquatic Training Academy and provide DBS, safeguarding, and insurance; you can tailor hours to fit around your commitments while enjoying staff benefits and continuous development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups in a community setting.
• Current STA/Swim England teaching qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, progressive swimming lessons following Swim England framework.
• Provide friendly, supportive instruction across leisure centres.
• Adapt sessions to participants and manage teaching hours around commitments.
• Maintain safeguarding and DBS duties as part of employment support.
