As a Swim Teacher, you will deliver swimming lessons at Bakewell Swimming Pool to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Teach swimming to children and/or adults according to qualifications, training, and experience
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their children's progress and advise accordingly
• Assist in supervising customers in the pool area, ensuring safety and discipline
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work with customers
• Ability to work well with children and their parents
• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one (training provided)
