Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking a Swim Manager for Cheam, Sutton, managing the swim lesson programme and supervising a team of swim teachers. The role includes coordinating lesson delivery, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring a balanced timetable to serve all ages and abilities.

You will work within our fast-growing leisure operator, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences, promoting wellbeing, and supporting community engagement through swimming programs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering swim lessons to diverse age groups.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of swim teachers.
• Strong understanding of aquatic safety and lesson quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the swim lesson programme across the centre.
• Motivate and manage a team of swim teachers to maintain high-quality lessons.
• Maintain a balanced pool timetable to meet varied user needs.
