Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Neath is seeking a friendly Swim Instructor to engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to reach their swimming goals, whether in one-to-one or group sessions.

You must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent, have a passion for health and fitness, superb communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering a high‑quality member experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrates passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Engage and coach members to achieve swimming goals in 1:1 or group sessions.

Job description

As a Swim Instructor, you will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals whether this is in one to one or group sessions.

As a Swimming Instructor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent to apply for this role
• Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
