Qualifications

• Swim England Level 2 (or higher) teaching qualification.
• Strong understanding of safety and safeguarding best practice.
• Positive, engaging approach to teaching and motivating participants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons in line with Swim England guidelines.
• Teach children and adults new skills and water confidence.
• Help participants improve their fitness through lessons.
• Supervise and keep each group safe throughout every session.
