Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor on a bank/Ad Hoc contract at Warwick FWC. You will deliver one-to-one or group swimming lessons, energise learners, and promote gym memberships. This role is paid up to £19.10 per hour and offers flexible hours to fit business needs.

Ideal candidates hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, possess strong people skills, and have a genuine love for swimming. Work at a premier health charity with facilities and a supportive team.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Requirements

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework. You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
