Job summary

Nuffield Health Ealing is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver engaging swimming lessons at our pool. You will work on a bank basis, covering shifts to meet the business needs and your availability.

As an instructor, you will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and possess strong communication skills to teach swimmers of all ages and abilities. The role involves one-to-one and group classes with a focus on safety and progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to tailor teaching to all ages and abilities.

Up to £20.40 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to cover and suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:

• Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
