Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our fitness and wellbeing sites on an ad-hoc basis, earning £18 per hour. You will deliver safe, effective swimming lessons within the Swim England framework, working with swimmers of all ages and abilities.

The role requires ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualifications, excellent people skills, and a passion for swimming. You will help learners achieve goals and may promote memberships through your teaching.

Qualifications

• Must have ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent people skills and a love for swimming.
• Ability to deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
