Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or be an experienced manager with a track record of delivering commercial targets, a passion for helping multiple generations to swim, strong team working skills, and an infectious enthusiasm that inspires others.

Role Responsibilities

• Create a positive environment for swimmers of all levels, ensuring they enjoy their experience in the pool.
• Report directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager as part of the management team.
• Manage and oversee the swim class programming, including governance, sales, and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.
• Model responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
