Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites in the UK. The role involves delivering swimming lessons to customers under the Swim England framework and promoting health and fitness through engaging instruction.

You will be trained to adapt lessons to all ages and abilities, work with colleagues to reach targets, and enjoy a benefits package with holiday, pension, and discounted gym access.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Passion for swimming and helping others learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.

• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.

Job description

Up to £22 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
