Job summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a friendly Swim Instructor for bank, part-time shifts at Chigwell. You will deliver ASA/Swim England Level 2 standard lessons to varied ages, focusing on safety and enjoyment.

You will work ad-hoc on a bank basis, with pay up to £22 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits such as holiday entitlement, pension, and discounted gym membership at £35 a month.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to teach both one-to-one and group classes.

Swim Instructor

Up to £22 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
