Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites. You’ll teach one-to-one or group sessions and help members achieve their swimming goals.

You should hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, and possess strong people skills with a love for swimming. This bank/part-time role offers pay up to £21.17 per hour plus benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons.
• Patient, engaging teaching style with a love for swimming.

Swim Instructor

Medway FWC| Pool | Bank | Part Time|

Up to £21.17 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
