Swim Instructor

To cover Sunday 9:15am to 12:15pm

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at our Bristol North Fitness + Wellbeing Centre, you’ll need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with a proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. You should also have experience of achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.

As a Swim Teacher, you will:

• Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
• Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
