Rate: £20.00 per hour

Requirements

As a Swim Teacher at our Gloucester Gym, you should have:

• An ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• A proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
• Experience in achieving targets and working collaboratively to enhance teaching programs

Responsibilities

• Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Utilize every opportunity to facilitate learning and development
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
• Promote memberships by highlighting the benefits of our facilities
