Job summary

Nuffield Health in Guiseley is seeking a qualified Swim Instructor to run safe, effective swimming lessons for our members. This part-time, permanent role involves delivering both one-to-one and group classes at our Pool facility, adhering to Swim England guidelines.

The ideal candidate will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, combine strong communication with a genuine love of swimming, and help members achieve personal goals across ages and abilities.

Up to £37,440 pro-rata depending on experience plus benefits

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have an ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health, we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
