Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor (Bank) at Edinburgh Omni FWC, Pool, Bank, to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons for customers of all ages and abilities.

You should hold SSTQ Level 7, STA, or Swim England Level 2 and bring excellent people skills and a passion for swimming. This is a bank, ad-hoc role with no guaranteed hours.

We offer holiday in line with the working time directive, access to our pension scheme and discounted gym membership at £35.00 a month.

Up to £18 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a SSTQ Level 7, STA, or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
