Job summary

Nuffield Health is hiring a Swim Instructor for our Derby Fitness and Wellbeing Gym. The role involves delivering safe, effective swimming lessons with a focus on helping customers stay active and healthy.

Candidates should hold ASA Level 2 or equivalent, have experience coaching swimmers of all ages, and be capable of achieving targets while collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.

3 hours per week

As a Swim Instructor at our Derby Fitness and Wellbeing Gym,you’ll need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, together with a good track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Plus, you have experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes.

As a Swim Instructor, you will
