Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor to join our Derby Fitness and Wellbeing Gym. You will deliver one-to-one or group lessons, coaching swimmers of all ages, with a focus on safety and progression. Attractive benefits and a pro-rata salary up to £37,440 depending on experience.

We value confident, approachable staff with strong communication skills who can help members achieve their swimming goals and promote our facilities and memberships.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Ability to meet targets and work with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.

Swim Instructor

Cottingley Manor FWC | Pool | Permanent | Part Time | Salary up to £37440 pro-rata depending on experience | 3 hours per week

As a Swim Instructor at our Derby Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you'll need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, together with a good track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Plus, you have experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes.
