Job summary

Swarovski in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team and uphold exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach and develop colleagues, drive sales against monthly plans, and act as a role model in store operations, from inventory to cash handling.

You’ll have 1–2 years in multicultural luxury retail, leadership experience, and a customer-first mindset with strong digital proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Responsible and able to take ownership.

• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
