Job summary

Adventure Leisure’s Swansea venue is seeking a proactive Team Member to help deliver a memorable leisure experience, working closely with the General Manager to elevate activities and smooth operations across the site.

You will drive revenue growth through upselling of retail products and an enticing food & beverage offering, while maintaining safety, quality and exceptional customer service for guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a hands-on customer facing role.
• Experience working in a large team.
• Experience in Food and Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Care for assets, inventory and resources of the location.
• Ensure course rules and safety notices are followed.
• Contribute to the preparation of food and ensure supplies at cooking stations.
• Support purchasing policies and stock procedures.
• Deliver outstanding service to maximise customer satisfaction.
