Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow config, development, and scripting (JavaScript).
• Knowledge of ITIL, CMDB design and data governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across distributed teams.
• Experience with offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow modules for information security.
• Enhance workflows for PKI, Illumio, Vulnerability Response.
• Gather requirements, map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain business rules, UI policies, dashboards, and access controls.
• Configure, test, and promote changes to production with UAT and governance.
• Monitor platform health, CMDB integrity, and data quality.
• Provide day-to-day user support for ServiceNow queries and incidents.
• Collaborate with U.S. team, offshore support, and external vendors.
• Document technical and process standards aligned with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.
