Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling

Are you a self-starter passionate about health economics and outcomes research? Do you excel in leading teams and have a strong market reputation? If yes, we want to hear from you! We are expanding and seeking a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead our Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling (ESDM) HEOR team.

Position Summary:

The SVP, MD, Capability Lead, reports to the Head of Evidence Solutions. You will develop and grow the Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling capability, build new business, foster client relationships, and oversee team performance and culture, collaborating across departments.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Postgraduate degree (MS, PharmD, MD, PhD) in health economics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related fields
• 15+ years in high-impact HEOR research, business development, or leadership with a proven team-building record
• Experience managing research teams and technical expertise in outcomes research and health economics
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, payer requirements, and HTA landscape
• Excellent strategic, technical, and managerial skills, including client relationship management and business growth acumen

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability
• Develop and communicate strategic recommendations and risk assessments
• Review deliverables and mentor staff
• Drive business growth through client engagement and new opportunities
• Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational excellence
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed
