Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling

Are you a self-starter with a passion for health economics and outcomes research? Do you have leadership experience and a strong industry reputation? We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead our Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling team.

Position Summary:

The SVP, MD is part of the Evidence Solutions leadership team, responsible for building and growing the Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling capability, developing new business, managing client relationships, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability
• Develop strategic recommendations and communicate risks and opportunities
• Review and approve deliverables
• Mentor and develop team members
• Contribute to resource planning and strategic initiatives
• Maintain effective communication and client relationships
• Identify growth opportunities and support business development
• Travel as needed

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in health sciences or related field
• 15+ years of experience in HEOR, with a strong publication record
• Leadership experience managing research teams
• Technical knowledge of health economics and outcomes research methods
• Business acumen and strategic thinking
