Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling

Are you a self-starter passionate about health economics and outcomes research? Do you lead teams confidently and have a strong market reputation? We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead our ESDM HEOR team.

Position Summary:

The SVP, MD, Capability Lead, reports to the Head of Evidence Solutions, responsible for developing Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling capabilities, building business, managing team performance, and fostering a positive team culture.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, backed by relevant publications.
  • Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development.
  • Understands various research approaches and can propose tailored applications.
  • Can clearly communicate study rationale, methods, and results to stakeholders.
  • Aligns business and team goals, identifies new opportunities, and collaborates across units.
What you can expect day to day:
  • Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability.
  • Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions.
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables.
  • Leading team development, mentoring, and fostering open feedback.
  • Participating in resource planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting operational processes and client communication.
  • Driving new business and maintaining client partnerships.
Requisite experience and qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree (MS, PharmD, MD, PhD) in health services research or related field.
  • 15+ years of high-impact HEOR experience, including leadership and business development.
  • Experience managing research teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Broad knowledge of outcomes research, health economics, and HTA landscape.
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and client relationship skills.
