Job summary

State Street seeks a seasoned Product Development Manager to drive M&A integration and product development in support of LATAM expansion. The role reports to the Head of Custody, Digital & Fund Services.

Responsibilities

Establish strategic development and integration path for State Street and clients.
Govern development programs with senior stakeholder engagement.
Budgeting and resourcing for development work aligned to deals.
Plan, track and deliver development and integration streams.
Lead design workshops to define requirements, use cases and tests.
Ensure operational readiness and client communication during integration.
Coordinate with Technology to deliver build design and execution.
