Job summary

Kier Group plc in Rushden is seeking a Responsible Sourcing Co-ordinator to join our team and help drive sustainable procurement across the supply chain.

You will collect and analyse risk data, produce reports and dashboards, coordinate the Ethical Labour Working Group, and support supplier engagement to ensure compliance with responsible sourcing standards.

This is a pivotal role for improving supplier relationships and supporting Kier's ESG commitments.

Qualifications

• knowledge or interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG, or supply chain management
• confident with data collection, analysis, and producing reports and dashboards
• strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks effectively
• great communicator who enjoys engaging with different people and building relationships
• proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analysing, and reporting supply chain risk data including modern slavery metrics, climate impacts, and labour standards performance
• Producing regular reports and dashboards to support decision making and compliance monitoring
• Coordinating the Ethical Labour Working Group, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking actions
• Supporting supplier engagement activities and monitoring compliance with responsible sourcing requirements
• Building positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams to promote best practice and continuous improvement
