Job summary

Veolia in Aldershot is seeking a hands-on HWRC Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Household Waste Recycling Centre, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will supervise recycling operatives, enforce waste permits and planning conditions, and promote responsible waste management while supporting Veolia's environmental goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Household Waste Recycling Centre in Aldershot.
• Supervise the recycling operatives and maintain high standards.
• Ensure site operations comply with waste permits, planning conditions and risk assessments.
• Uphold Duty of Care and environmental requirements.
• Maintain health and safety for staff, contractors and the public.
• Promote recycling and proper waste handling aligned with Veolia policies.
