Sustainable Finance – Programmatic Acquisition Specialist – Environment Sector

An early-stage PE-backed business in the environmental sector is expanding its platform through acquisitions and is seeking an Origination Lead to drive the acquisition of UK-based smaller companies in the environment and ecology space.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, commercially minded, and experienced in value creation, overseeing due diligence processes, and building relationships within the ecology and sustainability sectors by understanding the current landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

• Origination and execution of acquisitions in the environmental sector
• Building and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders
• Conducting due diligence and valuation of target companies

You should apply if you have:

• 8+ years in corporate development, acquisitions, or related fields
• Proven experience in deal origination and acquisition execution
