Job summary

We are seeking a Civils / SuDS Engineer for an office-based role with occasional site visits, located in the UK. The successful candidate will work on diverse residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, contributing to innovative drainage solutions and advanced design approaches.

You will lead SuDS design, perform FRAs, and prepare technical reports while using MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, FLOW or Site3D. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 2+ years in SuDS design, flood risk or drainage design.
• Chartered or working towards Chartership (ICE/CIWEM).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SuDS.
• Undertake and review FRAs.
• Develop drainage designs using MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, FLOW or Site3D.
• Prepare technical reports and project proposals.
• Ensure designs comply with legislation, planning policy and CIRIA SuDS Manual.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
