Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking a Sustainability & Technical Services Manager to join the Estates Team. You will support sustainability initiatives and provide technical services across projects, ensuring compliance and efficient delivery within a busy college estate.

The role requires building surveying experience and qualifications, with a focus on procurement and program management to drive improvements in our estate and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying and related qualifications.
• Passion for sustainability with technical skills to support project management.
• Knowledge of procurement and ensuring project compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide sustainability and technical services support to the Estates Team and projects.
• Assist with program and project management within the estates portfolio.
• Support compliance and procurement processes for capital works.
