Job summary

Disturbia seeks a Supply Chain Manager for a 12-month maternity cover in Cramlington. You will lead supplier lifecycle management, uphold sustainability standards, and develop processes to improve efficiency and transparency across the supply chain.

• Confident with supplier management and compliance expectations.
• Strong understanding of sustainability and responsible sourcing.
• Ability to simplify processes and create tools to increase visibility and efficiency.
• Experience with KPI reporting and dashboards to monitor risks and performance.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Understanding of how supplier performance impacts business outcomes.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Organised, detail-focused and capable of handling multiple priorities at pace.
• Proactive in recommending practical improvements for supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle management including onboarding and record maintenance.
• Define and maintain supplier requirements across standards, ethics, sustainability, and compliance.
• Improve processes, reporting tools and dashboards for visibility of supplier status and risks.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical, Quality, Finance and Logistics to guide suppliers.
• Identify supplier and supply chain risks and drive practical solutions to improve performance.
• Manage packaging, labels and trims requirements for compliance and efficiency.
