Job summary

Revolt, part of Anthesis, is seeking an Associate Strategy Director to lead sustainability narratives and messaging for global clients across climate, nature, circularity and regenerative agriculture.

You will combine research, insights and strategy to solve complex challenges, building trusted client relationships and contributing to business growth and thought leadership within a hybrid strategy/creative setting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in strategy or related field.
• Proven experience developing strategies, messaging frameworks and campaign platforms.
• Strong understanding of sustainability topics: climate action, decarbonisation, circular economy, nature, biodiversity and regenerative agriculture.
• Ability to translate complex sustainability topics into engaging narratives.
• Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research programs and turning insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and facilitation skills.
• Strong client management with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently.
• Commercial awareness and contribution to new business development.
• Excellent written communication and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workstreams and manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Design and deliver research programmes, including research proposals, surveys, interviews and discussion guides.
• Analyse insights from qualitative and quantitative research to uncover opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
• Develop positioning platforms, sustainability narratives, messaging frameworks, campaign strategies and creative territories.
• Create clear, compelling and commercially impactful strategic recommendations that address client challenges.
• Present strategic thinking confidently to clients, facilitating discussions and responding effectively to feedback and questions.
• Collaborate with creative, account management and subject matter expert teams to translate strategy into impactful communications outputs.
