Job summary

Revolt is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join the Brand & Communications team. You will develop brand, communications and creative strategies for clients aiming to drive positive environmental and social impact.

You will combine curiosity, cultural awareness and strategic thinking to uncover insights, shape narratives and craft propositions that address client challenges. Collaboration with senior strategists, creatives and subject matter experts is core to the role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in strategy, brand consulting, insights, research or related field.
• Experience supporting brand/communications or campaign strategies.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent storytelling, writing and presentation skills.
• Interest in culture, consumer behaviour, communications and creativity.
• Passion for sustainability, purpose-led brands or social impact.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of strategic projects from research through to final recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys and audience analysis.
• Identify cultural, consumer and market insights that inform strategic thinking.
• Help develop positioning platforms, messaging frameworks, campaign strategies and creative territories.
• Support creation of clear, engaging strategic presentations and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
