Job summary

Revolt, part of Anthesis, is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join its Brand & Communications team in London. You will shape brand, communications and creative strategies for clients aiming to drive environmental and social impact.

Working with senior strategists, creatives and subject matter experts, you will uncover insights, develop positioning, and craft compelling narratives. The role requires curiosity, cultural awareness and a genuine interest in sustainability and positive impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in strategy, brand consulting or insights.
• Experience developing brand, communications or campaign strategies.
• Strong research and analytical skills with actionable recommendations.
• Excellent storytelling, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in culture, consumer behaviour, communications and creativity.
• Passion for sustainability, purpose-led brands or social impact.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic projects from research through to final recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, desk research and audience analysis.
• Identify cultural, consumer and market insights that inform strategic thinking.
• Help develop positioning platforms, messaging frameworks, campaign strategies and creative territories.
• Support the creation of clear and engaging strategic presentations and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with creative, client services and specialist teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Build positive relationships with clients through high-quality work and effective communication.
• Contribute to workshops, meetings and presentations.
• Respond constructively to feedback and adapt recommendations accordingly.
• Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute ideas and approaches that enhance strategic outputs.
• Support a culture of curiosity, creativity and continuous learning.
• Support pitch development, research and proposal creation for new business opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership, articles and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Stay informed on emerging cultural trends, communications approaches and sustainability topics.
