Location: Heathrow area

This dynamic company is seeking a talented Sustainability Reporting Lead to spearhead their strategic approach to sustainability disclosure and reporting. Salary: A salary range is offered, with a Monday - Friday working week (3 days in office).

Key Responsibilities of the Sustainability Reporting Lead:

1. Lead the production of the company's annual sustainability report, managing design, copywriting, data collection, and assurance.
2. Oversee sustainability data collection processes, both annually and monthly, to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
3. Collate information for the company's annual report and accounts, providing high-quality sustainability content.
4. Manage internal stakeholder engagement and governance for year-end reporting, ensuring effective sustainability governance.
5. Advise on implementing external disclosure frameworks like ISSB S1/S2 and TNFD, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For in a Sustainability Reporting Lead:

• Extensive experience in sustainability reporting, disclosure, and governance within a business setting.
• Skilled in producing engaging internal and external sustainability reports that captivate stakeholders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the ESG disclosure landscape, including ISSB and TNFD frameworks.
• Demonstrable skills in producing high-quality executive and board-level reports and presentations.
• Strong data literacy and experience working with sustainability data in a complex organisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across the business.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to deliver activities on time.
