Job Description

• Collaborate with the Head of Sustainability Solutions and clients to understand and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Coordinate data sourcing and collation across the Alter Domus network to fulfill requests.
• Support system development and connectivity with engineering and QA teams.
• Ensure timely completion of computations, including investor reports, regulatory filings like SFDR, PRI assessments, and industry metrics.
• Work with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to source data, identify gaps, and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Maintain data governance and contribute to benchmarking capabilities.
• Support business development and sales teams with data for client queries and questionnaires.
• Assist in creating and updating client-facing materials in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Help deliver internal training to address knowledge gaps in service delivery.

Your Profile

• Strong data analysis, integration skills, and proficiency with Microsoft tools like Power Automate and PowerBI.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Experience working under tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Highly numerate and analytical, ideally familiar with Fund Administration and Private Markets.
